Purchasing from TRUESCAND 3D

These terms apply to consumer purchases from TRUESCAND 3D for delivery in Sweden. Prices and payment are in SEK, including VAT. Standard delivery is free. Any minimum order amount is displayed before ordering. Multipack and set quantities, configurations and total prices are shown on the product page and at checkout.

Check goods, configuration, quantities, delivery and billing address and total before ordering. You can correct details in the basket and checkout. The order-and-pay button places an order with an obligation to pay. The payment result page shows payment status; a pending or failed payment is not a paid order.

You may check out as a guest or with an account. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are not stored by TRUESCAND 3D. Save the downloadable order details from the payment result page and your order reference. Guest orders are accessible in the same browser while your access remains valid.

Contract information is available in Swedish and English. The separate Delivery, Returns and Withdrawal information forms part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Complaints and disputes

First contact us through the contact form or by post so we can try to resolve your complaint. If we cannot agree, you may contact Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. ARN considers disputes that meet its eligibility rules. Konsumentverket or municipal consumer advisers can also provide guidance. Your right to bring a claim before a court remains unaffected.
